He came to change a tire on our company van and when he left we noticed that he dumped the bad tire outside of our dumpster without even telling us. When we called him back he said take it to the nearest tire company and pay $10 to dump it. Why should we pay to dump it when you never told us that before you started????? Then when I said no come back to pick it up he said he would the next time he's in my area and its been weeks. I texted him again and no response. That is very unprofessional. We can't dump tires in our trash. If that is not included in your fee you should include it so that the customer is not responsible for loading tires and taking them to the dump. Make your prices $10 higher and I'm sure the customers wouldn't mind but to illegally dump it and leave it on the side of my dumpster without my knowledge is BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Would not send back a $20 deposit even though the service was canceled 1 minute after it was completed. Lady on the phone was rude and poor attitude. See texts and timing of texts. Do not do business with these scammers

They asked for a $20 deposit. I sent it to them via cashapp and canceled 1 minute later. They refused to return the deposit. Terrible service. Scammed. See photo of the texts and time each text was sent from their number. Avoid doing business with them! They even placed a smiley face emoji, they are happy to scam their customers over a little $20 bill
